[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Personal loan harassments | |||||
Dear sir.. I have taken the personal loan[protected] of rs.80000 with hdfc bank for 60 months emr tenure.. I have completed 29 emi (Rs.55187) and after that i could not able to continue the emi regularly due to financial crisis and personal family issues. So i have asked some times with bank for paying the emr but that also i cant done could not able arrange money.. After that bank person has called and given the offer for settlement plan of rs.10, 000 against the principle outstanding of rs. 24813 and bank had waived the interest for whole loan amount and asked to make immediate payment withotu any official mail communication and documents. So i have denied and asked the official mail from his end for further arranging money.. But after that i have not received any calls from their end for 6 months and last one month back got the call from one person and he used to talk bad words and irritated words. He called to my office and informed to my manager about my financial transaction and due to that i got bad remarks in my job and got transferred. After two months again i got the call from same person from different numbers and used same unwanted words and given the harassment. I have informed him am in meeting you may call later but he has continuously calling to me from various numbers and given the mental torture.. Due to that i cant concentrate in my works and big head ache.. I have asked the mail from his official mail id but he not at all sending then how i believe and make the payment. Please stop this type on nonsense actives and take necessary action against him. I already confirmed i cant make the payment when he called to my company and informed by personal matters to company..
