[Resolved] HDFC Bank — personal loan is closed, still emi is deducted.

Dear team,
I am prasad shankar dabhole. I had an personal loan in hdfc bank. Personal laon number is 51669600. I closed particular loan in february month by balance transfer in kotak bank. I have submitted on 26 feb 2020 in favour of loan account number.
Hdfc money deposited account number is [protected].
Emi date is 4 th of every month. Emi is deducted in march & april month.
I called to hdfc support executive in march month. According to him i will get refund of money. But, in april also emi is deducted.
I mailed to support team & received only auto reply. But no further action is taken.
Can't visit bank due to lockdown.

Have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 01/12/2019 in Poorvika Chennai . As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days.Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.Please rectify this

HDFC has an offer for cashback 6000rs in iPhone purchase prior 31st December in 120days I haven’t received that till now
