HDFC Bank — personal loan issue | |||
Hello, I’ve taken person loan from hdfc, however my ecs has not been activated so i received call from customer care and they told me to pay manually this month so paid. The next day my ecs activated and the loan emi has been deducted The issue is my loan amount has been paid for the month january 2019 twice. So i called to customer cafe to revert my one month emi back they are telling me we are going to revert in 5 working days still i didn’t received my money Could you please help me Was this information helpful? | |||
