[Resolved] HDFC Bank — personal loan related | |||
Hello All, Person named Yogita ([protected]) from DSA called me for the personal loan, and collected my documents with the agreement signed. Initially she informed me regarding the personal loan and committed below things : - She will not do top-up with he existing loan ( only 3-4 EMI's are pending) - Interest rate will be below 13% - Loan Tenure will be 2 years - I need to pay only processing fee (Nothing else) But after checking with someone she said you can only opt for Top-up offer and don't have any option except that. So I asked her to stop the loan procedure and give me my all the documents back, she agreed.. Then due to some urgent need I contacted one of my friend for the personal loan and he informed me that your loan can not be processed because they've already logged in your file and the account is locked for 1 month (that I can't apply from anyone else) Then I again called Yogita for the same and agreed for Personal loan top-up but with the 2 years of tenure, she agreed and asked someone to proceed with the documents and all the procedure. She called me up and said that you'll get a call and email from bank before disbursement and listen the information and also reply on the email which you get. But on Friday (22/06/2018) I directly got an email (screenshot attached) with the information and one line written in the same " Plz Note This loan is Approved with closure of HDFC Bank PL and whatever foreclosure charges will there customer have to pay with their own funds " (don't you thing customer should be informed in advance ??????) I got text message that the amount has been disbursed in your account ... No call nothing (which is mandatory before any loan disbursement) Since then she's not picking up my call and blocked my number... that was too Frustrating Now I don't want to pay loan for 3 years because I already requested for 2 years only... THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME I M TAKING LOAN FROM HDFC BANK AND THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER GOT FROM REPUTED BANK. 1. WHY NO ONE CALLED ME FROM HDFC BEFORE DISBURSEMENT???? 2. DO WE HAVE TO REPLY ON THE EMAIL OR ITS JUST FOR AN INFORMATION? 3. WHY WRONG INFORMATION HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME REGARDING LOAN TENURE ? AND PROCESSED THEMSELVES BY THEIR OWN??
