My salary account in hdfc bank but from month October to March 590 rs ACH charges are Debit from my Account 5-6 times, , narration ACH (auto debit return charges)..why are you debit these charge myEMI bounces only of one month and i repay all the amount and but still from october 590 will bhi deducted from my account minimum 2 times and as per the RBI guidance 3 month relief will be provided to all due to covid 19 and this really rubbish bank my situation very low till time and am not have in the situation to pay that some ach debit return charges without any action and without giving any reminder or notification please i request to refund this amount back.. I took the loan from cread app for 16k and I miss 1st emi because they did not deducted automatically emi so the applying me ACH charges and debited 25k for 16k loan but I able to pay the emi for every month so they should not debit the double amount so how I can return this money plz suggest
