To, The Regional Manager, HDFC Bank Hyderabad. Gud mng sir, Sub ;- Cansallation of Heaith Isurance of credit card No. .[protected] belongs to Sri P.Suresh kumar _ requested - Regarding. I P.Suresh kumar Working as Deputy executive Engineer in Wanaparthy municipality Telangana state.India. I having HDFC Credit card Bearing no.[protected] in this regard I am to submit that, I have not applied for any health Isurance in your bank.but you are deducting Rs. 1300 change in every month. and your collection staff demanding for payment illigally and using unpalmentary language. In view of above I requst u sir, Kindly return the amount which was deducted towards healt insurance from the account no [protected] wanaparthy HDFC branch with intrest and take action on who were registered the illigal health insurance policy.on above Credit Card.without my consent. and I approaching appropriate coart for Justice.
