[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Policy mapping to account holder without any intimate. | |||
Hi, I had received the following message from hdfc bank. [dear customer, Renewal premium of rs.330 for your pmjjby policy & rs.12 for pmsby policy will be debited in may'16. Please ensure required balance in savings a/c]. Note that i didn't initiated any policy request for my account, but without my intervention policy has mapped to my account & getting warning messages to maintain the balance for debit the amount. On 27th march they debited the amount from my account. Kindly look into this to resolve my query and have to initiate refund which was debited from my account. Thanks, Kumaran.
