I am having an issue with the initial premium amount for the two policies. I have purchased the policy via PolicyBazaar agent. I wanted to purchase a single policy for about 12000 rs but after making the payment the policy was divided into two Life Sanchay and Click2 Wealth. He told me that this is normal as this is a combo offer and will garantee the returns. everything was going smooth for few months and I was paying regular premiums, Suddenly HDFC said they have not received the initial premium.
After months of interactions via emails, they are asking for same documents again and again, without resolving the issue. They are saying that they have the initial premium for one policy and not for other. How can it be possible? I made the initial premium of two policy together in a single transaction directly to HDFC bank account on same date and time. They have not return back any difference of the amount. Now both the policies are currently discontinued from HDFC side.
Both HDFC and Policybazaar are fraud people and not solving the issue, on the contrary just create confusion and frustration. I have decided not to pay thier premium any further until the issue is resolved. Please take strict action against them. Was this information helpful? |
