HDFC Bank — Policy premium deducted after surrender request by phone and email

Dear Sir,

Purchased an term plan policy from HDFC life 3 years ago and now i want to surrender the same, so requested for closer online and by call as well.

instead of closer they deducted premium also for this month. i already requested about surrender or close the same.

so please help me to close the same.
