[Resolved] HDFC Bank — policy premium paid twice by mistake | |
Accidentally the payment towards hdfc policy premium was made twice. I made the 1st payment through hdfc bank account on 12th february. I completely forgot that i had opted for auto premium deduction through my kotak bank account, thus on 15th february the premium amount automatically got deducted. When i'm now checking my bank account i still see the amount deducted, i need one of the payments reversed and amount credited into my account. Policy # 20113826 Was this information helpful? | |
