HDFC Bank — policy sold on fake commitment

My policy no 19959857 this policy sold me on fake commitment i had already marked complaint at your provided mail id with voice recording of your agents.

My request is that i want this policy to be cancelled which has sold me on fake commitment.

Regret to say that your office bluntly refused to do the same. Either you take action against the agent by cancelling there agency or you make refund by cancelling my policy
