[Resolved] HDFC Bank — poor customer service | |||
I have been trying to call my hdfc saving account department and after 7failure attempts and wasting 1 hour i am writing this. It is taking me to credit card department and not the saving acc dept. And when they are trying to transfer the call to the right dept it’s dropping. This is frustrating. And they are being sarcastic and not helping. I tried to tell the issue multiple times but it seems only waste of time. They need to update their customer service experience. It’s been 10 days there was a frodulant transaction and they have done nothing to solve it. Was this information helpful? | |||
