[Resolved] HDFC Bank — poor service | |||
I want to close my reimbursement a/c and hence i went at the technopolis branch, sec-v, kolkata, wb for closing it. They said they will close it within 7 days but my reimbursement a/c is not closed yet also wen i'm trying to contact through phone banking they aren't responding for long time and wen they are connecting they say that they are transferring the call at other department and they end up the call. Please donot harass public through your poor service. We cannot be at your bank during our work hours everyday. We have lot more activities to do. Was this information helpful? | |||

Atm not Withdrawal cash in bank a/c cash Withdrawal

From last 2 months i am unable to receive otp when i am trying to do any transaction via net banking. initially i was getting sms with otp then i got phone call with otp and after that every thing has stopped. I have even called the service center[protected] but unable to get any solution on it. Please help me with it.
