[Resolved] HDFC Bank — poor service | |||
On 5th october 2019 i had by mistaken transferred rs10, 000 to my friend hdfc credit card which is deactivated long back. I was supposed to transfer in his hdfc saving a/c. I called hdfc phone banking to inform about this transaction. First i got answers i have to ask my friend to call hdfc credit card department about this then they will raise dd on his name. 2nd time when i called phone banker to clear things again i got different answer that nothing to do from my end amount will revert to my account with in 3 working days. Now i am getting mail from hdfc support team that i have to fill and mail indemnity form to along with my saving account statement to chennai address. Please let me know the procedure to revert rs10000 to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
