HDFC Bank — Poorest Service

I had financed my two wheeler from HDFC..inspite of my 2-3 reminders they did not sent my NOC..n nobody from their side even told me that if i did not take it within 90 days I w'd be charged 500 Rs. Very pathetic cusomer care service as well..No. doesn't get connect easily..nd still they are not ready to accept their fault..I will never ever keep any relation with HDFC as I have suffered a lot bcz of their mistake..financially n mentally too..guys go to any other bank but HDFC not at all..
