[Resolved] HDFC Bank — pp lounge fees | |||
I have been using hdfc credit card (Regalia card) and priority pass for the last 2 yrs, whenever i am travelling in india, to access the lounge privilege that the card offers me. Am shocked to receive a statement where they have charged 1759/- as lounge fees, when i was travelling from kolkata to mumbai on 20th august, 2017. I had no clue about the charges, as the bank never charged me because its a privilege offer. I called their helpline and told this charges are applicable if you show only priority pass and not the regalia credit card. I told them that i always carry both the cards whenever i travel. The lounge help desk never ask for the credit card. They ask only for the privilege card. Then hdfc helpline told from june onwards this charges has been implemented and the information has been communicated to all the customer. This is a big lie, as i have neither received any mail or sms from hdfc credit card department. So, tell me what am i suppose to do now? My name is som dasgupta, my email is [protected]@gmail.com. This is common than I anticipated. Bank is just misleading customers and troubling them.
Happened with me. And the charge is deducted 4 months after the transaction with the cryptic names they have it is so difficult to even figure out what the charge is for and why was it put there.
