[Resolved] HDFC Bank — preclosure options in net banking

Hdfc bank should provide the facility to loan preclosure options in net banking then customer can do preclosure when they have need
I have personal loan and insta jumbo loan.
I have sufficient amount to close but i'm an nri. I can't contact customer care easily as well as i could not go to branch
Kindly consider my request and provide options
