I had made transaction on 28th & 29th July of Rs.244800 from my bank account
which was an authorized push payment fraud. Money was transferred to
scammers bank account. I have already shared Screenshot & emailed
required documents to HDFC grevienceaddressal.com, Customer support email and other HDFC forums Still I have still not got any resolution on my
issue yet. I got email from bank IO saying that it was my fault in transferring money but how can bank be so careless in not also alerting their customer while doing transactions into some fraudster account. I do not agree with what Internal Bank Ombudsman says as the
Bank IO has not investigated or worked my case properly. Bank IO provided me Incorrect &
incomplete resolution to which I am not satisfied with the
reply i had got from HDFC bank. I have lost Rs.244800 in none day. My transactions were done on 28th & 29th July and complaint was registered the same day. Even FIR is lodged and emailed bank so many time still bank dont cares to revert bank.This was the bank mistake as there
were no alert given to me which for such risky money transfer. Please
take immediate action on
Complaint number - MUMP[protected] & MUMP[protected]. Also, i have not
received any update on complaint no.[protected],[protected],[protected]. I
was asked to submit Cardholder dispute form, FIR copy at my nearest
HDFC branch which i immediately submitted in Karanjade HDFC bank
branch. I request you to please refund my money back as those amount
where transferred to some fraudster's account by tricking me for
investing money where I will get high returns. In the earlier email i
have already attached all necessary documents. Requesting you to
please resolve my issue & refund my money asap. FIR copy is already
been submitted in HDFC karanjade Navi Mumbai branch. I am continously
following up on my issue since 29th still no proper resolution given
to me my bank.My account is still blocked . Please refund my money
back.I have done best from my end in giving you all the evidences how
i was tricked in investing money and i have all the evidence & proof
with me if required.I need immediate response on my issue.
