[Resolved] HDFC Bank — privacy intrusion | |||
Hello, I do not appreciate hdfc bank's way of handling things when it comes to credit card payment. I had already paid the due which was supposed to be paid by 5th of every month and yet today i had received a wats app message asking me to pay the minimum amount. As i understand, wats app is for known circle of friends. Hdfc support staff should either text me or send me an email which is the professional thing to do instead of sending message via wats app. This shows complete unethical behaviour and no respect for their customer's privacy. I received a message from a said jayaprakash. Please take strict action against that manager and also dissipate this complaint to the concerned bank. Highly irritated.
