I have received my new card since the old one is expiring this month.
1) I called customer care last month and asked for address change. He said i need to download form and submit in any HDFC atm and it will get updated. I called customer care and that guys says we never received any application. I[censored] want, send it to chennai office he said rudely. What the hell is this in the digital era? who will send application to chennai every time when there are so many branches in bangalore? he
2) now i have received new money back card today and asked Cust care as to how to convert them to cash back points? he says again send it to chennai office?
are you kidding me? every time you expect customer to send applications to chennai with courier charges? if you dont have setup in bangalore you should not have offered it to me.
I just told him to cancel this card and i can get some other provider who makes this process simple and easy for customer. Was this information helpful? |
