Kindly refer my complaint id - 2149267 on dated 19/11/2018.in this reference hdfc bank customers assistant mr. Rahul tripathi have been sent email to us dt.19/11/2018 and demanded by email to share my mobile number. I have been given the my mobile number and he was called us and demand the debit card number for gateway reimbursement also share my otp and cvv number. After that he was transferred my account rs.1999 in twice and deducted my account rs.3998. This issue's are cheated the customer. Kindly help me and action against him.

In above context the email--- [email protected], Mobile number--- 9319020182 . Once again I am requested you, kindly help me as soon as earliest possible. Above mentioned email and mobile are related to the fraud man, who has been sent message and talked with me.

HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
