[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Rate of Interest not reduced for Home loan | |||||
I hold the HDFC Home loan with floating rate of interest for last two years. My rate of interest is not reduced. When I enquired about the same, they responded saying I have to pay to get the interest rate reduced. Why should we pay to get the interest rate reduced. This won't be the case if the rates are raising. This is not how I expect it to be in case of floating option. Was this information helpful? | |||||
