[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Re-issuance for blocked credit card

Hi Sir/Madam

This is regarding my HDFC credit card ending 7184 which I applied unable to bear a telephone call requesting to apply credit card. As I have been ignorant of the card, the card got blocked due to non-usage. Last year when I tried 3 times to apply for a credit card and it got rejected as bank showed that I already own a card. Through backend am trying to get a new card and in that name I have already paid 52000 to Harini for the card. Because of this I do not have a reference number also to approach bank. She had promised me card with 70000 free credit as a starting offer with the card and also return the money I have already paid for the card when the card is delivered. Later the offer turned into two cards. From April transactions have been going and till July I have transferred 52000(about 10-15k per month with various reasons shared by them) for this cause as requested. In July I was informed, that someone is coming to deliver the card and finally he didn't because he lost the cheque he was supposed to bring. Since it's already crossed 5 months from April when the initial chargesheet payment was made for the card and I see no response from Harini who keeps changing her phone number day to day basis and does not reply to mails or keep me informed, I request you to look into this matter. Also, I would like to remind that money value is decreasing everyday as cost is going high and I understand that bank is not going to give any benefit for the money they return back or this free credit they give many months later. If card issuance is going to take longer, kindly cancel the application and give me back the money. Pls let me know what details are required from me and settle this at the earliest.
