[Resolved] HDFC Bank — reactivate dormant account

Sir i am an airforce personal.I had a salary account in bidar branch.i had not operated on my account for a long time and it became dormant.i tried to reactivate my account from chhutmalpur branch.the chhutmalpur branch office told me that the only way to reactivate your account from home branch only.after some time I contact to other branch personal telephonically and he told me that I can reactivate my account from any nearest branch.after that again I contact to the chhutmalpur branch and they told me to deposit some money in my account by NEFT after NEFT it will be active.i had transfer ₹5000 in my dormant account but still it dormant.the chhutmalpur branch office not cooperate with me.i had already applied for personal loan from HDFC bank and due to dormant account it couldn't be process.now please tell me what I do
