Dear Team I've received SMS "Dear Customer Mandate reference no: HDFC[protected] issued to KOTAKMAHINDALIDEINSURANCECOMPANYLTD with value Rs.27500.00 and frequency ADHO is received today for processing. In case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.". Kindly explain what is this. I have not taken any home loan from any bank. I am afraid they woul deduct any money from my account?
