Received sms - Dear customer mandate reference no. Hdfcxxxxx issued to hdfcltd with value of rs. Xxxxxx and frequency month is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch. I have not given any mandate and neither my agent explained about this??? All i have signed-up for is emi which gets deducted every month end... The mandate amount is nearly 3 times the actual monthly emi... As an nri customer, this often goes un-noticed and i'm sure how many people will be facing this issue... This is very serious concern and needs to be addressed immediately...
