[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund | |||
Hello, I m akash deep, customer of hdfc bank. I have my account in hdfc sandila branch. On 06/062018 timing 01:43 I paid entrance examination fee of king george medical college. But somehow transaction got failed and i got notification that fee was nt submitted as my transaction was declined. Yet at same time i recieved this sms. { thanks for paying rs.2, 011.80 from a/c xxxx5635 to ebskinggeorgesmedica via netbanking.} As my trasaction was declined so why amount got deducted n still its nt have been refunded. I submitted my complaint but still no progress is there. I havent recieved my refund yet. Your service is too slow. Please, look into my case.
