[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund | |||
An amount of rs.297 was deducted from my account on 14th dec and the same is not refunded to me yet. I am trying to reach the personal assistance personel miss karen saldanha [protected], [protected] but no response yet, i have also couired the disput form but again no respone. The customer care person ios saying that the amount is refunded from their end but its not showing in the statement the arn no is[protected]. Secondly again on 30th jan a refund was initiated by dominoz but yet i havent received the pgi no is [protected]. These two transaction are pending from your end and it is not showing in the statement too. Kindly do the needful or else i need to take some stict action against the same.
