Hi, This is regarding the request related to "initiated refund by amazon not credited by HDFC". Amazon has already initiated refund amount of 22909.11 on 25 July 2021. And shared the Refund Reference Number for the transaction 20210726. Product order is[protected] (OnePlus tv y 43'). I'm still struggling to get my amount credited to my account by HDFC bank. As a proof I have attached amazon email image related to refund reference no and product image. Kindly help me to sort it out. Many thanks in advance.
