Respected sir, I had paid wbsedcl bill through upi, the payment got debited but they did not get it. I immediately contacted their customer care and was told to contact sbi customer care. However even after complaining through online, email to upi support and calling the customer care. I am yet to receive my money even after four days. Kindly help.
