Complaint no. 1:
I have booked air ticket for two people on 26th may 2018 from goibibo using my hdfc credit card. However a duplicate ticket was booked with same details due to technical error and my account was debited twice. Finding two bookings of same details and same flight goibibo team called me up and cancelled the duplicate one. As per the mail and verbal communication from goibibo team they have refunded the entire amount of the duplicate booking on the very same date. However that refund amount is not reflecting in my credit card statement. More over that is showing as outstanding amount. The booking id is gofldmob5c1c07300082.
Complaint no. 2:
As per the last statement rs. 509 has been deducted as financial charge on 16.09.2018 without any prior information. Please let me know what for this charge has been deducted.
