HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We observe that you have given us an instruction to claim the total monthly outstanding on your card account from your savings account. Based on the instruction, we had attempted to claim Rs. 3, 252.10 from your savings account and same is credited on 11/03/2018. We note that you made Netbanking payment of Rs. 3, 252.10 on 14/03/2018. The relevant credit will reflect in your April 2018 statement. We would like to inform that the excess balance on your credit card will be adjusted towards your future transactions or statement dated 19/03/2018.
