Dear sir, i bought a mobile from amazon.com on (25th-may-2018) with emi option of my hdfc credit card the transaction amount was (Rs.10999 for mobile + rs.449 for mobile protection plan. That total amount is rs.11448) which i have paid by my hdfc credit card. But because of the wrong order of the product i canceled the order and asked amazon to return my refund. After two days i have received some emails regards my refund of amount from amazon. They said "sir that we have made your refund, you will be seen the amount in your account in the next 5-7 working days. Till the end of completed 7-10 days no credits were found in my card. That amount of emi coming in my bill statement every month and i don't know why every month i'm being paid the money that i do not have.
Today, it has been 2 months since i have requested for my own money. So many times i talk to hdfc customer care and every time i talk to care represenetative they take complaint but nothing happens. And some time says that"sir amazon has your money and amazon speaks that we take full money from the bank and the bank takes you that money every month through emi and your money has been refunded as soon as we talked to you. We do not have any money for you.
Now i m asking to you sir plz tell me where my money is. Plz give me my own money. Plz do needfull. Was this information helpful? |
