[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund not received

I ordered a product from best of indian website and which i return. The merchant say that they have processed the refund but still didn't receive refund amount and the merchant give me bank reference number which is[protected]. Payment is done from hdfc bank netbanking. Pls look into matter as fast as possible.
The merchant say that they issue the refund on 14february but still didn't receive
