HDFC Bank — refund not received

This is ambhi singh
I have order ordered a product on amazon and done online payment through my hdfc debit card worth 1199 in july end.. But i return ed the product and amazon initiated refund on 31st july and i was supposed to receive it by 6th august but still didn't received it.. Please look into this and initiate refund asap.. I am attaching the reference no.
