Mr. Anay, pls read my complaint fully. The reason I am expecting HDFC Bank to intervene is that the inglobal solutions team hasn't been responding for close to 20 days now (call center and emails). So instead of asking me to contact them for assistance, I require HDFC Bank to intervene in getting my money refunded. After all I applied for the new Fastag to HDFC Bank and not In Global Solutions.
