[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund status

I have ordered an food in swiggy and paid 238 through bank. But the order was cancelled andthe cancellation fee they charged.. And the refund of 50% message was successfully received but still the amount was not received.. I was trying with swiggy they are saying contact your bank.. I keep on trying with customer care of yours but there is no option and correct response for this..

I haven’t received cashback.I had purchased iphone 11 with hdfc card on hdfc bank offer for 120days 6000 cashback .but it is more than 130days but I haven’t received cashback yet.
