HDFC Bank — refusal of instalment

My son Mr S.Srikanth Bharadwaz has taken personal loan after a waiting period of 30 days.He has submitted ECS form of ICICI Bank.When recovery started we came to know that his ecs has been rejected with the reason signature differs.By that time he has gone to US and re submission of form is not possible.Hence I requested your people that I wlil pay installments by giving ECS or any other mode which is acceptable to your Bank except ECS from my son.I contacted one person who has introduced himself as Manager of Begumpet Branch and he told other than ECS form of my son they will not accept any payment by me.But they are accepting installment with penalty.What I have said is that you are accepting installment money with penalty.Then why do not accept installment from me within time so that I can avoid penalty. He is unable to understand and very arrogant. Now I request you to accept installment every month if I will pay within time either my ECS or NEFT or any other mode of payment so that I can avoid penalty.
