[Resolved] HDFC Bank — reg debit card | |||
Hi This is rejo. I lost my debit card so i applied a new card, after deliver the card to branch i was unable to collect it from branch so that card return back. Today i called to phone banking and from there ms. Rajashree spoke with me and i explain all the issue. And she simply answering she cant process it because your office location is different Note : my office location is in velachey (Chennai) and same branch in valluvarkottm (Chennai) I i form her to dispatch the debit card in velachery office which is update in my bank address but she said she cant dispatch like that. Verified Support Aug 27, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, In response to your query, we would like to inform you that your debit card has been destroyed. Request you to visit your nearest HDFC branch along with a Photo Id and an address proof to update your address.
