[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — reg uptet exam fee transaction failure

Dear sir,
I want to say that i had submitted fee for uptet-2018 for registration number -[protected] of niharika singh dob - 16/03/1990 and fee is deducted from my account with bank ref no. Igaenlfbp7 on date 09/10/18 but transaction was not successfull. Consequently i had to transact once more, this time with success (Ref no. Igaenlouo7). However the prior amount of rs 500 was not returned my account.
Sir, i corresponded to your portal and you directed me to complain at issuing bank branch. However the complaint was closed by sbi on the pertext that transaction was successful though it is not true please check and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
