Subject: Regarding Saving account Closing.
Dear Sir,
I, Santosh Gagare having saving account in HDFC bank, China link, ground floor, Opp - Goregaon sport club, link road, Malad west, Mumbai 400064.
On 9th May 2015, I had submitted account closing form at HDFC Bank, Branch-Gp 69 Shety Complex, Chinchwad East, Pune - 411019, Sambhaji Nagar Thermax Chowk.
But till today they had not closed my account and they had charged me 393.26 INR for non maintenance in May 2015.
Even after submitting complaint on HDFC customer centre and Thermax chock branch manager, till they have not closed it.
Please look in the matter.
