[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Regarding blocking my current account without any intimation and not supporting to unblock it

I opened my company's current account in HDFC in July 2022. They allocated me an RM who forced with to also open a saving account there. I mentioned that one of our directors has an HDFC account and I do not need a savings account there. But still, she forced me and made me open saving accounts mentioning that it will be Preferred banking and I have to maintain only Rs.10, 000/- in the account. In the next 2 months when I got my bank statement, I saw they deducted the fees for a low balance. I didn't get it so tried contacting RM but she did not receive the calls or didn't even reply to messages, so I visited the Karve Road, Pune branch. There I got to know that she had resigned and also she did not process the preferred banking forms and other procedures. I had to constantly follow up with each and every member of the branch as nobody was ready, not even the manager was ready to help me. Later they said they have allocated a new RM to me Mr. Santosh who later told me he have allocated Mr. Rohan Magdum RM. So in the first 3 months, they changed 3 RMs without any intimation or concern. I had to request and beg to get the preferred banking done as I was not interested to have a savings account balance to be maintained for Rs.25, 000 in the first place and the first RM Nilam forced me to open the savings accounts. 4 months later, I was trying to log in to the net banking but was not able to so I tried calling RM Rohan, but as usual he did not receive the call so I had to visit the bank branch again. When I went there I got to know that my company account is blocked and so transactions can not be done. I was not notified at all by any means of communication by the bank. When I asked why it happened RM Rohan had no idea, he did not even know how to check whether the account is blocked or not. After asking the receptionist there in the bank he got to know how to check it. And he says Oh, it's blocked... I said I know, help me unblock it. He said he have no idea how to do it. I was completely shocked as he is a bank employee and he is saying I have no idea how to unblock. After 3 days of follow-up, he asked his senior Deepti and she said that the company have to submit the INC20 A form and ROC receipt. We had already submitted that to the bank during the bank account opening but both Deepti and Rohan were reluctant to accept that. So I asked CS to share the documents and on the same day, I submitted the scanned copy and the original hard copy. This happened on 18th July 2023. After constant calling and messaging and not receiving any update from Rohan I again visited the bank branch and he said the ROC copy given is wrong. I immediately called my CS and asked. He clearly mentioned that ROC can be tracked by using the SRN number. The funny part is that HDFC RM employee Rohan Magdum ask my CS how to do that! When my CS mentioned to please ask his seniors as it's not his job, Rohan started yelling at my CS that he is not cooperating. My CS is working in the field for the last 20 years and is a major authority in his profession. He clearly mentioned to get the current account unblocked you just have to submit INC 20 A form copy to the Mumbai Branch and they verify and unblock the account. Today is 28th July 2023 and my RM is not responding to any call and if he does he is blaming my CS that he is not cooperating. I have no idea why Rohan does not want to go to his seniors and ask for help, I guess even his seniors do not know the procedure of their own bank. I am truly fed up with HDFC as my investor who was ready to invest Rs.10 Lac backed out only because HDFC bank decided to block my current account for no reason. I want this to be resolved as I have already shared all required documents or else unfortunately I have to take legal action against the bank.
