HDFC Bank — Regarding charges deduction from savings a/c

I have an account in hdfc bank yamunanagar branch wide account no. [protected]. It was a preferred account. I was using this account from last 5 years. On 26 feb 2016 bank deducted 572 rs amc deposetory charges from my account now their customer care executive told my the amount has been deducted because of minimum account balance was not maintained.I have not received any intimation regarding change of bank rules fro my account
this is bank responsibility to give prior information about any changes.
It is requested you kindly refund my deducted balance and change my a/c to zero balance account.Otherwise i'll close my all accounts and all fix deposits from your bank.
Please do the needful.
