HDFC Bank — regarding closure of credit card | |
Hello Sir, The HDFC bank relation manager issued a credit Card last year. But Due to unavailability at a permanent address, I didn't receive. Later It's blocked automatically because of the unavailability of me. But continue receiving a bank statement with 200 Rs charges. I complained so many times but after 6 months nothing happened. Even Relation manager is avoiding. Even he is not sharing any closure process. They are charging 200 Rs on the basis of what, difficult to understand. They are charging which I didn't receive.
