[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding credit card application decline reason

Dear sir,
I am krishnakumar shukla.
Applied for hdfc credit card agianst credit card.
Application reference application reference no is. 19c[protected]w1.
All documents were ok, but hdfc decline the application.
As per guidelines of rbi, i am authorized to know the reason for card rejected, but call centres are saying some internal reason and bank policy.
Could you please let me know the reason for rejection.
