Hi my name is ramesh [protected] is my credit card no. I have been giving complaints against proposal to cancel my card but nothing is happening and i blocked my card since long back though i'm getting bills and am not there in india plz solve my query as soon as earlier i'm getting tired of this issue i submitted a request form in the bank also and my phone no. HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We would like to clarify that, your card ending 9286 was hotlisted, as per your request on 29/05/2018 and a new card ending 7681 was generated. However, physical plastic was not despatched, in the absence of your request for the same. In the rare event, if you are still contemplating card discontinuance, we request you to forward us a duly signed letter to the following address to enable us to do the needful.
