HDFC Bank — regarding credit card | |||
Dear sir /Madam I have credit card of HDFC bank. On 1 February 1 I have paid my credit card bill of RS.1983 but from bank it was deducted twisly. As per HDFC BANK extra deducted amount will minuses from next bill. But I facing issues HDFC taking more amount from me. I am trying to call customer care, but they are not picking call, they holding my call for 1hrs. And bank taking late fees Please look into this matter and resolve earlier.
