[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding credit card charges for credit card no. *8554 | |
Dear maám/sir, I was told by your representatives that there will be no annual charge for your card and they have taken numerous documents at the time of making this credit card. Also when i talked to your customer care executives regarding this and further cancellation of the card, then she told me to deposit only the minimum amount of 420/- and said that this will be returned later. But nothing was done. This is not expected by a reputed bank like you. Please note that all these events create a very bad impression in my mind and will refrain in future to be associated with your system of banking any way if it happens like this.
