[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding debit card issues | |
I used debit card to make transaction in a store. Receipt didn't get generated first time but amount got deducted from account. So i have lost amount and have raised complaint about this. Customer service authority keep forwarding date and wait time. I'm facing this inconvenience for second time. My experience has been very bad with hdfc bank regarding customer service. I'm very disappointed as bank customer. Can you please revert back the amount which i have lost as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |

I have lost my customer id. And without it I cant access to net banking as well as unable to download my monthly statement. Please help me with this. And send me customer id by mail or on mobile number.
