[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Regarding false claim of closing the account | |||||
I went to hdfc vijay nagar indore branch to close my account at hdfc neelangarai (Account [protected]), chennai. My account was converted to a savings account from salary account without any prior information and i was being charged annual monthly balance. I had a negative balance of 1300 which i was ready to pay at that time. But an employee named ankur at vijay nagar branch assured me that i won't be charged 1300 if i open an account at hdfc vijay nagar indore. To which i agreed. But i was again charged amb from that date till now and it has reached 8934. This is an act of treachery on part of the bank and the employees do not respond despite several calls and messages.
